Live Well Feel Better - 2025 Programme Highlights

In 2025, we were proud to deliver three Live Well, Feel Better group health programmes, supporting patients to make positive, sustainable changes to their health and wellbeing.
Across these programmes, patients came together in a supportive group setting to explore healthier habits around eating well, movement, managing stress and building confidence in looking after their health. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, each programme focused on what mattered most to each individual, helping them create realistic plans they could continue beyond the sessions.
What truly stood out was the power of connection. Participants consistently told us how valuable it was to share experiences, learn from others, and feel supported rather than judged. Many described the groups as motivating, reassuring, and a space where they finally felt they weren’t facing their challenges alone.
