Dominic Claire

Dominic is our Home Visiting Practitioner.  He is a Nurse Practitioner with many experience of working in A&E in secondary care.  Dominic provides valuable support to our GP Practices in offering home visits across our area for patients via referral from their GP for those who are acutely unwell and unable to attend their registered practice.
