Freedom to Speak Up Guardian 

This service is provided independently by BEMS (Bath and North East Somerset GP Federation) for all staff working in our member practices.  The Freedom to Speak Up Guardian can be contacted confidentially at: bswicb.bems.ftsug@nhs.net.

This service is for staff only, patients wishing to raise a concern or provide feedback on their individual practice should follow the practices' own complaints procedure.
