Clinical Director

Elizabeth Hersch

Elizabeth graduated from Bristol University and completed her GP training in 1997. Elizabeth is a GP Principal at St Chad's Surgery, Midsomer Norton. Her clinical interests include women’s health, dermatology and public health.

 

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends and with a good book. She especially loves to walk, cycle, do Pilates and play tennis.

Primary Care Network Manager

Helen Harris

Helen joined GP Management in 2017 following an enjoyable career at Lloyds Bank.

In 2019 Helen took a lead role in the creation of 3 Valleys Health and has built strong and trusted relationships with 9 member practices.  Helen works with colleagues to design and deliver PCN strategy, workforce and patient focussed initiatives.

 

Helen enjoys family life with her husband and teenage boys including keeping fit - running, cycling, swimming, horse riding and also baking and beekeeping.

Project Manager 

Becky Ham 

Becky joined the PCN team in October 2019 following a long career in Clarks.

 

As a Project Manager, Becky works along side Helen and the wider practice teams to support and deliver projects within the 3 Valleys Health PCN to improve patient access and services. 

​

Becky enjoys spending time with her young family and friends as well as keeping fit by running regularly.

Pharmacy Technician 

Debbie Leeson

Debbie joined the PCN after over 30 years in community pharmacy where she held various leadership roles, most recently being an assessor for pharmacy apprentices.

Debbie is keen to help patients get the best outcomes from their medicines and support the entire team.

​

Out of work Debbie enjoys researching Tudor history, walking her dog and working in her garden to make it hedgehog friendly. She currently has four hedgehogs residing in her garden.

Clinical Pharmacist

Natalie Owen

Natalie graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2018 and became a registered Pharmacist in 2019. She worked for 9 years across the community pharmacy sector in a variety of roles, before taking on a new, more clinically focused role. Natalie has a keen interest in long term disease management, mental health, and addiction.

 

Outside of work, Natalie can be found spending time roaming the countryside with her family, friends, or horse, and growing vegetables in anything that resembles a plant pot.

Social Prescriber 

Kayley Deacon-Church

Kayley has spent the past 15 years providing support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues in various care settings, including working alongside social care teams creating packages of care and support to carers.  Within this exciting new role Kayley is keen to develop her knowledge of dementia and other long term medical conditions.

​

Outside of work, when she isn’t taking care of her two children you will find Kayley performing with The Jenny Peplow Singers or kitchen singing whilst baking (hopefully) delicious cakes.

​

Kayley supports Elm Hayes in Paulton, Hope House in Radstock and Hillcrest in Peasedown St John.

Care Co-Ordinator

Tom Bellfield

Tom has spent much of his working life in adult social care. From delivering care and support to the frail, elderly and physically challenged, to deputising and supporting the manager of a care home for adults with mental health conditions.  Tom has keen interests in mental health and learning difficulties, particularly men’s mental health.

 

Outside of work, Tom enjoys a relaxed lifestyle with his dog, Duke. You’ll often find him travelling or finding an adventure with a backpack and a tent. Tom is also a keen cook and enjoys making a mess in any kitchen!

​

Tom supports St Chad's, Midsomer Norton and Chilcompton.

Care Co-Ordinator

Letitia McCall

Letitia has spent the past 12 years working in the Health and Social Care sector.  She has worked in various settings from nursing homes to out in the community.  Letitia has worked closely with the local reablement team, enabling her to experience first-hand the demand for the role and how beneficial it will be to the wider community.  Letitia has a lot of experience in elderly care, dementia, and end of life care.  Letitia is looking forward to developing her knowledge in mental health and learning disabilities.

 

Letitia has two children - her daughter enjoys Baton Twirling and has in the past represented her Country; Letitia also runs her own Baton Twirling team enabling local children to access the sport. Letitia enjoys walking her dogs and doing crafts in whatever time is left in her busy day.

​

Letitia supports Somerton House, Midsomer Norton and Westfield, Radstock.

Emma Clarke 

Emma has spent the last 12 years working and supporting children in education as a HLTA at a local primary school, before that she worked for the NHS and has over 10 years experience in primary and secondary care.

 

Emma is looking forward to continuing to support and work within the local community, She is excited to work with colleagues, local charities and services to develop her skills  and knowledge so she can understand how health equality impacts our communities.

​

Outside of work, you’ll probably find her running, cycling, enjoying walks with her family including two dogs Watson and Lola or heading off on an adventure in her campervan. 

​

Emma supports Hope House in Radstock and Hillcrest in Peasedown St John.

Emily Walker 

Emily has spent the last 12 years working in Secondary Care as a Health care Assistant. She is passionate about helping patients and is keen to use her skills to support the community and patients of Elm Hayes Surgery. 

​

Outside of work, Emily enjoys walking and embarking on travelling adventures. 

 

Emily supports Elm Hayes in Paulton.
